BOSI WHEEL SPACER KIT

These wheel spacers are intended for the sole purpose to fit KTM OEM wheels on your Sherco Motorcycle.

1. Take a look at your KTM Wheels and check to see if you already have KTM wheels spacers in them. If you do remove the wheel spacers from the wheels.

2. Take your KIT DISTANZIALI BOSI Wheel spacers and lay them out on your table or work bench.

3. Take the 2 taller of the 4 wheel spacers for your front wheel.

4. Insert the shorter of the two from FIG 2 on the non-rotor side of the wheel. This Wheel Spacer should have a machined counter sunk cut to allow the larger offset end of the axle to fit into.

5. Insert the taller of the two from FIG 2 on the rotor side of the wheel.

6. Take the 2 smaller of the 4 wheel spacers for the rear wheel.

7. Insert the wheel spacer that is beveled and insert in on the Rotor side of the rear wheel.

8.Insert the wheel spacer that is square edged and insert in on the Sprocket side of the rear wheel.

9. Install both wheels with wheel spacers in place on your motorcycle.
